TUESDAY
 6:00 - 7:30 pm | Intermediate/Advanced Pole
WEDNESDAYÂÂÂ
 6:30 - 8:00 pm | Beginner Pole
SATURDAY
 9:00 - 10:30 am | Aerial Silks* (all levels)
 10:30 - 12:00 pm | Intensive Pole Conditioning (all levels)
*Aerial Hoop may be substituted January 29 - February 19. Please call for more info.
